The Story of IVPA
The Indian Vegetable oil Producers’ Association (IVPA), originally established in 1974 as the “Northern India Vanaspati Manufacturers’ Association,” evolved in 1977 to become the Indian Vanaspati Producers’ Association (IVPA), reflecting its national presence. Officially registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956, in 1979, IVPA has since been recognized as the credible and unified voice of India’s edible oils and oilseeds industry.

In 2019, IVPA embraced a transformative milestone by rebranding itself as the Indian Vegetable oil Producers’ Association.
