A registration confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail on receipt of the payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be made in writing (stating your name & registration no.) and send to conference@ivpa.in

  • Until 15 September 2022 – full refund, less 10% administrative fee will be issued
  • From 16 September 2022 – 50 % of the registration fee will be refunded
  • From 15 October 2022 no refund will be issued.

    • Spouse Registration Fee includes:

    1. Opening Ceremony

    Covid-19 Policy:
    If the Congress is postponed due to COVID-19 or similar reason with government orders then the registration fees already paid will be kept for the next dates when IVPA Conference will be organized
