The IVPA Global RoundTable @2.0 on Veg Oil and Oilseed Sector, organised by the Indian Vegetable Oil Producers' Association (IVPA), took place at the JW Marriott Hotel, Aerocity, New Delhi, India, from August 4th to 5th, 2023. The IVPA Global RoundTable @2.0, event garnered official approval to incorporate the prestigious G20 Logo. During the event, edible oil experts, researchers, technologists, and industry stakeholders with a significant interest in edible oils gathered for specific keynote lectures, talks, industry discussions, and panel discussions covering crucial topics such as market dynamics, supply and demand forecasts, critical areas of self-sufficiency in the vegetable oil sector, oil palm, and sustainability issues. The programme also featured a parallel exhibition and various additional activities.

Designed to offer insights into self-sufficiency, sustainability, price outlook, and market dynamics, the programme provided an outstanding networking opportunity for delegates, connecting them with exhibitors from diverse sectors. Delhi, as the nation's capital and a major political centre, allowed participants to explore historical landmarks, savour delectable cuisine, and immerse themselves in the vibrant culture, enhancing the overall conference experience.
